Introduction - The Woodford Initiative
"Supporting the communities of Woodford, Stockport and Cheshire with a dramatic and exciting new aerospace initiative."

This is a campaign to lift the world out of recession, to clear the UK national debt and save hundreds, then create thousands of new jobs, with the Woodford Aerodrome in Cheshire as the focal point of a dramatic and unique civil aerospace venture.
You are invited to participate, to support this ambitious plan through your own activities, to wake up your MP in helping bring this to the attention of the government, and contribute a little donation to take this critical message to Parliament.

Background
Britain is renown in history for its innovativeness and enterprise from the first Elizabethan age, through the Industrial Revolution to the modern world Britain, British inventors, scientists, engineers have contributed some of the most important inventions, discoveries and designs that have dramatically improved our world from one generation to the next.
Born out of huge investments in industry such as the eighteenth century building of the Royal Navy, this spirit of enterprise lives on but has found little outlet in recent generations. We have achieved prosperity in the past - it's time to launch a new generation of achievement, to create a renewed nation of enterprise.
Today the aerospace industry offers the opportunity for such a new revolution, a revolution in transport technologies, in work, in design, in invention and innovation that will again change the world for the better.
It needs one focal point, a stimulating project that will draw everyone together and trigger a wave of revival throughout the country and on to the rest of the world. A wave of energy that can begin in Woodford.

A Government of Enterprise
To create a new nation of enterprise we need a government of enterprise, and it's our duty to make the government aware of the problems we face, and the many opportunities available to overcome those problems.
This is NOT A PROTEST on behalf of Woodford, but a serious presentation of the solutions to current problems and a way to sustain the prosperity of the community for many decades to come.
To achieve this we have to take the message into the heart of government - to make a business case before MPs from all side in the House of Commons.
Such a presentation will demonstrate how we can work to create the wealth for all our welfare, to sustain employment, to increase prosperity, to launch bold new ventures.
The government's present policy of cutting investment and increasing taxes to struggle through the current economic recession does not have to be the sole solution to the country's problems - there is an alternative option: to invest in a new age of technology and economic growth, to work and earn our way out of debt.
This presentation will emphasise the economic benefits to the country and the world.

The Project, The Glamour, The Spin-Offs
There are many opportunities in advanced civil aviation that can guarantee the survival of Woodford Aerodrome as a centre of technology excellence for decades to-come.
The most exciting and striking of these is a space venture to take mankind back to the moon. The glamour of such a venture has the potential of appealing to millions of supporters around the world.
Such a project will trigger many spin-off opportunities as new technologies are developed and new discoveries made.
Although it appears to be the most extreme it also offers the greatest success in attracting popular support worldwide from private investors and governments. This is where the heart of the rescue plan lies, but there are other opportunities to guarantee work and income for Woodford for decades to-come.
