This challenges the accepted wisdom that the UK economy is destined to face one or more political terms of fiscal restraint and tax increases to repay the current government's debt commitments.
The Prosperity Plan will demonstrate the potential from risk-free large-scale investment in advanced manufacturing industries and the rewards to the government of participation such a programme of funding, at no cost or risk to the taxpayer.
